About the owner

Founder and owner Emily Buss is a freelance journalist, music enthusiast and writer hailing from southeast Minnesota. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications with an emphasis in Journalism from Minnesota State University, Mankato.

“I have had a strong passion for music my entire life, and have been attending local shows, venue concerts and other musical endeavors since high school. I have a very open mind when it comes to music genres, but my favorite is modern rock, heavy metal and a fusion of punk and post-hardcore. However, there are days when all that will do is Andrea Bocelli and Josh Groban.”
